Learning from Millennials

Undergraduates at the Kenan-Flagler Business School (The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) take a required course in Management and Corporate Communication. Not only do the students learn to write effective business documents and improve their public speaking skills, but they also learn to identify situations where thoughtful communication could prevent or solve a business problem. Students enrolled in this course during the Fall 2012 semester wrote our first posts; they shared a variety of tips about how we can master the art of effective communication in business. Each fall, a new crop of students share their insights.  I hope you enjoy reading the upcoming posts in Fall 2017–and if you read something you like, support these future business people with a tweet or a comment.
